This involves agreeing the key objectives of the project, the target audience, the
appropriate tone and style and the timescale.

We then embark on the research that’s required, gathering together all the information
we need from a variety of sources to ensure the copy is comprehensive and effective.
A first draft is then written and sent to you.  After we’ve discussed your views on it
we amend and rework the copy in the light of your comments and suggestions to
produce a final draft that meets all of your objectives.
